INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Use this form to submit your information. After submitting this page, you can pay online through PayPal (you don't need an account) with your credit card. Or, send a check for the deposit ($20 for individual, $40 family). Make checks payable to "BSCM". See address on main Bambi page.
  • Within a day or two of receiving the information below, we will call or email you with the final price. Some events have special prices.
  • When you arrive (or before, if you'd like) you can pay the remainder.
